We understand the importance of trying something on before committing, so we want you to be able to experience Forte in the comfort of your home, risk-free. We think you’ll love our products, but if they’re not a fit, ship them back in the original packaging within 14 days.
Custom Embroidered Products:
Custom Embroidered products cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please confirm your request, as it will be processed exactly as entered. Allow additional 7-10 business days to deliver custom embroidery orders.
Sale Item Returns & Exchanges:
All discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Product Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to have time to try on your order. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after the delivery when meeting the item condition requirements below.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email letting you know that we have received your returned item and the status of your return.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all tags, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Face masks must be in unopened packaging to meet requirements.
